Independent kiranas and grocers, worked on a salesman beat. Frequent small orders, its own credit norms. Where most brands start, and often stop.
Reliance Retail, Vishal Mega Mart, Spencer's, BigBasket, Flipkart. Listing agreements, chain-specific billing, fill-rate obligations. A different business from GT, which is why a GT distributor usually cannot do it.
Hotel, restaurant and catering kitchens. Bulk pack sizes, different terms, buyers who order on their own rhythm. Rarely worked by a GT appointment.
Ten-minute delivery apps, supplied through their dark stores. Small, growing fast in tier-2 towns, and needs someone who can replenish daily.
Canteens, camps and contract supply. Lumpy, tender-driven, and invisible unless someone is actively working it.
Same warehouse, same fleet, same field team, one set of invoices and one person answering for the territory. That is what we do from Siliguri and Guwahati.
